Pre-sale Consulting
Our sales consultants will evaluate your current document output environment, costs and requirements. After a thorough analysis they will recommend best-practice solutions to reduce total cost of ownership, improve device reliability and performance, increase employee productivity, and enhance the overall flow of documents and information through your office and beyond.

Implementation and Training
Verity Group will conduct a pre-implementation site assessment to validate your environment for electrical power, physical space, network connectivity, cabling, etc. We will coordinate a schedule for delivery and installation of all solution components and work with your facilities and IT departments to insure a smooth and positive experience. Our implementation team will deliver, unpack, position, interconnect, initialize, configure and test all products. They will also oversee device driver installation and configuration, as well as, connectivity to the network.

On-going Service
Verity Group makes significant investments in our service delivery program. Our technicians are trained by HP, Toshiba, Xerox and Brother and mentored by our senior field engineers. Every technician carries over $10,000 in parts inventory at all times. We monitor mission critical equipment to maintain high productivity, efficiency and reliability and we clean and perform preventive maintenance on each and every device, on a monthly basis. We stand ready with expert assistance and proactive support.

Account Administration and Support
Your dedicated consultant will ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness for order processing, invoicing, supplies ordering, service delivery, issue resolution and overall account support. They will conduct regularly scheduled reviews of your account activity and provide management control reports on a pre-arranged schedule. You will be treated as if you were our only client.
