Rick Webster, President
Rick brings 18 years of printing and imaging experience to his position. He is responsible for administration, finance, communication, personnel, purchasing, leasing, and sales support. He is co-responsible for business planning and marketing. Rick holds an undergraduate degree from East Texas State University, Commerce.
John M. Cook, Executive Vice President
John brings 17 years of printing and imaging experience to his position. He is responsible for the technical areas of the company, including service support, implementations and hardware and software solutions. He is co-responsible for business planning and marketing. John holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska, Omaha.
Tony Osborne, Director of Sales
Tony brings over 12 years experience of selling printing and imaging solutions to his position. His expertise includes high volume print environments, color printing, fiery color controllers, workgroup printing design, and document archival systems. Tony brings a long history of customer satisfaction, and sales growth to our company.
Michael Cutbirth, Director of Technical Services
Michael brings 16 years of experience to his position. He has experience as a field service technician, dispatch coordinator and service manager. A graduate of SMU, Michael spent the past 4 years facilitating national and local service. He is responsible for service delivery, customer relationships, technical support, service inventory, and employee development.
Michael Cook, Senior Technology Specialist
Mike brings 12 years of experience to his position. He is responsible for all hardware device installations, as well as matching and implementing the correct software solutions for our client’s specific business needs. He is certified by DocuWare, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Toshiba and EFI. Mike also leads our training and education team.
Arbury Lemmon, Production Manager
Arbury brings over 10 years of experience to his position. He is responsible for managing the production of compatible imaging supplies, research and development of new products, quality control, local delivery, as well as shipping and receiving. In addition to technical training from HP, Arbury receives on-going training and support from major vendors such as Static Control and Future Graphics.
Terra Webster, Managed Print Services Specialist
Terra brings over 7 years experience to her position. She is responsible for managing the customer relations portion of our Managed Print Services program. She insures accurate billing of our Managed Print Services clients. She also prepares monthly utilization and management reports. Terra also oversees the internet faxing solution for our clients.
Doug Chandler, Supplies Coordinator
Doug brings over 8 years experience to his position. He is responsible for maintaining proper supplies inventory and accurate meter read reporting for all Managed Print Services clients. He also supervises our delivery personnel and meter read technicians. Doug has an undergraduate degree in Information Technology and post-graduate degrees in both Business Administration and Human Resources.
