SALES CONSULTANTS

Responsibilites: Develop new business through prospecting, setting appointments, conducting site assessments, delivering presentations & proposals, and closing deals. Must easily adapt to changing demands and conditions. Must understand and be able to apply commercial and financial principles and view issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years business-to-business sales consulting with a proven record of presenting creative solutions to C-level executives. Must have a history of achieving sales quota, possess good verbal and written communications abilities, and have excellent skills in time management. Knowledge and understanding of document management solutions is a plus.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANS

Responsibilities: Timely and cost effective maintenance and repair of office equipment and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free. Provide accurate feedback with call closure information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings.

Qualifications: Experienced copier and printer technician with training and certifications from HP, Toshiba or Xerox. CompTIA PDI+ certification is desired. Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail is a must. Applicant must possess good verbal and written communications abilities and have a clear DMV record.
