Device Uptime
We confidently guarantee an overall uptime of at least 95%. If this target is not met, we will credit 10% of your total monthly base fee for that month.

Loaner Equipment
If we cannot repair a piece of equipment within 24 hours of a service request or must take it to our facility, we will provide loaner equipment, at no charge, to you.

Device Replacement
If Verity Group cannot maintain your equipment in good working order, the equipment will be replaced with a comparable system.

Proactive Maintenance
We remotely monitor installed devices and our certified technicians will perform preventive maintenance procedures to insure maximum uptime.

Solution Implementation

Our implementation team will oversee the installation of all connected devices, including delivery, installation, network connectivity, configuration and testing.

Training Support

Our education team will provide basic feature training to all end users and advanced training to key administrative personnel.  Classes are tailored to fit your specific needs.
