Our implementation team will conduct a site assessment to validate your environment for physical space, electrical power, network connectivity, etc. We will coordinate a schedule for delivery and installation of all solution components and work with your Facilities and IT departments to insure a smooth and positive experience. After installation, our training team will conduct both end-user and key administration training classes to make sure all employees are comfortable with all new equipment and software.

We will monitor your mission critical equipment to maintain high productivity, efficiency and reliability. We will perform proactive preventive maintenance and offer assistance with any issues along the way.

Your dedicated account representative will insure consistent, accurate and timely order processing, invoicing and supplies replenishment.  They will conduct regularly scheduled reviews of your account activity and provide you with management reports on a pre-arranged schedule.
