Remote Monitoring
Using a combination of PrintAudit and HP Web JetAdmin software, we can remotely monitor the status of your equipment and be alerted to to potential problems before they impact user productivity. Our solution allows us to receive email updates on page count, error and service data which allows us to take a proactive approach to managing you output devices.
Responsiveness
Our average response time is less than the industry goal of four hours. Our first time fix rate is approximately 96%. Our trained technicians carry a vast parts inventory.
Certified Technicians
Our service technicians are trained and certified by HP, Toshiba, Xerox and Brother and are considered experts in printing, imaging and multifunction technologies. They are trained to manage all assets in a diverse output fleet.
